...providing health information and support to families with children who have special health care needs.

Specific activities of this project include:
- Providing education and training to organizations currently serving families with children who have special health care needs
- Developing and disseminating health care and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) information, including information about the NC Medicaid Waiver Program, private and public health insurance, Medical Home, etc.
- Promoting the philosophy of individual and family directed supports
