Early Childhood

especially for parents of children birth to age 3

The first 3 years of your infant or toddler's life is an exciting time for you and a very important time for your child's growth and development.  Every child grows and develops at his or her own pace and children with special needs or a disability may need extra help and support to grow.

In North Carolina, Early Intervention services are available to eligible children and their families through the NC Infant-Toddler Program.  There are 18 Children's Developmental Services Agencies, CDSAs, across NC that provide families with access to the Infant-Toddler Program.

We have selected high quality materials from a variety of resources and have included them for you below.
